Eligibility for Returns

How to Initiate a Return

3.Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number inside the package to help us process your return more efficiently.
4. Ship the Package: Send your return to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within [10 days] and credited to your original payment method. Exchanges
